RETURNS / REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

If you find some defects on your products, you may return it to us as long as you purchased the product from Tokopedia. You can email us at contact@aleysia.id with your Order ID number no more than 7 days from the date of purchase. Before you claim it, you need to follow this step (for Tokopedia purchase):

1. Finish your transaction on Tokopedia

2. Email us at contact@aleysia.id, claiming your refund/exchange with your Order ID

3. You will get the address where to send it (courier's fee not included)

4. After we check the products and we confirm that you can get refund/exchange, you will get notification from us within 1-2 days start frin we receive the product.


All the following policies are not applied to Sale items. All sale items cannot be returned or refund or exchanged.

Terms & Condition:

  • No more than 7 days from the date of purchase
  • Packaging and receipt must be still intact (not broken)
  • Shipping cost is not included in refund
  • Shipping cost is not included for exchange
