World Sleep Day 2021, Try These Tips for Quality Sleep from Tokopedia

Jakarta, March 17, 2021 – According to sleep health practitioner, dr. Andreas Prasadja, RPSGT, insomnia or difficulty sleeping is the most common sleep disorder during the pandemic.

  1. Sleep on Schedule – Sleeping on schedule is very important, meaning that you shouldn’t use sleep time for work or vice versa. The duration of sleep is also important to consider in order to maintain the stability of body functions.

“The ideal sleep duration is 7-9 hours a day. If this duration is met, then the need for sleep will be fulfilled so that the body’s performance is more optimal,” added dr. Andreas.

2. Create Comfortable Conditions – According to dr. Andreas, a comfortable atmosphere can help improve the quality of sleep at night. “In order to support better quality sleep, choose sleep support products that suit each individual’s taste for comfort,” he said.
