As a Fraud Adminstrator, you have an important role in managing a variety of administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling, organizing and maintaining fraud documents. The goal is to sustain efficiency of all company's procedures and case management so as to guarantee reliability and consistency.   • Assisting Risk Management team
  • Responsible for all administrative tasks
  • Conduct objective, fair, thorough, unbiased and timely investigations into allegations of fraud, waste or abuse committed by clients against our company
  • Contact customers (both buyer and seller) to inform any fraud issues related to their transactions

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate in any major (Administration major preferable)
  • Knowledge about fraud cases in e-commerce platform
  • Good organisational skills needed to manage a high volume of assigned cases
  • Familiar with Tokopedia's products and features
  • Hard worker, result-oriented, attention to detail, strong analytical, able to work under tight schedule
  • Have good communication skill
  • Proficient in English
  • Honest
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Willing to be assigned on shift schedule (Regular 4 on 4 off, 8 AM - 9 PM)
