We are seeking Merchant Development who will be responsible for negotiating and leading high-impact strategic partnerships. These partnerships will range from unlocking significant growth and engagement, to helping Tokopedia scale as a business and to extending Tokopedia product capabilities. We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success, dealing with ambiguity, successfully manage teams and problem-solving leadership with limited oversight.   • Responsible for acquiring new merchant.
  • Responsible for retaining merchant accounts both via social media and face-to-face.
  • Perform the strategic, tactical and support functions in strengthening relationships within the merchant segment.
  • Primary responsibility in retain current merchants.
  • Maintain comunity relations with Tokopedia's merchant across Indonesia


  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing or relevant discipline with a minimum of 1-2 years experience in merchant retention, partnership or relationship management.
  • Detail oriented team player with good planning and problem solving skills whom is willing to go the extra mile.
  • Strong analytical and communication skill.
  • Sense of urgency for incident resolution.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with minimal direction.
  • Fluent in english
