We are seeking Merchant Development who will be responsible for negotiating and leading high-impact strategic partnerships. These partnerships will range from unlocking significant growth and engagement, to helping Tokopedia scale as a business and to extending Tokopedia product capabilities. We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success, dealing with ambiguity, successfully manage teams and problem-solving leadership with limited oversight. - Responsible for acquiring new brands & merchant for several categories
- Responsible for retaining brands merchant accounts both via social media and face-to-face.
- Perform the strategic, tactical and support functions in strengthening relationships within the merchant segment.
- Primary responsibility in retain current merchants.
- Source out prospective clients and make follow up calls
- Maintain comunity relations with Tokopedia's merchant across Indonesia
- Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing or relevant discipline with minimum of 1 year experience
- Experience in Sales/Marketing.
- Experience as Account Executive or Account Manager
- Detail oriented team player with good planning and problem solving skills whom is willing to go the extra mile.
- Strong analytical and communication skill.
- Sense of urgency for incident resolution.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with minimal direction.
