Oppo F3 memiliki body dengan ukuran 153.3 x 75.2 x 7.3 mm dan berat yang hanya mencapai 153 g, ringan sehingga nyaman saat digenggam. Oppo F3 dijalankan dengan teknologi prosesor MediaTek MT6750T Octa-core yang didukung GPU Mali-T860MP2. Ponsel ini hadir dengan sistem operasi Android 6 Marshmallow dan ColorOS 3. Anda tidak perlu khawatir untuk masalah daya baterai Oppo F3, karena ponsel ini tersemat baterai Li-Ion dengan daya 3200 mAh yang cukup ramah akan konsumsi baterai.
