Samsung Galaxy M52 5G merupakan salah satu jajaran smartphone Samsung Galaxy yang dibekali dengan berbagai fitur unggulan. Samsung Galaxy M52 5G ini hadir dalam tiga warna, yaitu hitam, biru cerah, dan putih yang membuat smartphone ini begitu elegan dan premium. Samsung Galaxy M52 5G memiliki dimensi berukuran 164,2 x 76,4 x 7,4 mm dengan bobot sekitar 173 gram. Samsung Galaxy M52 5G dibekali dengan panel layar Super AMOLED berukuran 6,7 inci Full HD Plus (1.080 x 2.400 piksel) yang mendukung refresh rate 120Hz dan dilengkapi pelindung Gorilla Glass 5.
Performa yang kuat dan cepat dari Samsung Galaxy M52 5G ini karena ditenagai dengan chip Snapdragon 778 5G dengan arsitektur 6nm. Chip tersebut dikombinasikan dengan RAM 8 GB dan memori penyimpanan 128 GB. Daya tampung penyimpanan tersebut masih dapat diperluas hingga 1 TB menggunakan slot laci SIM yang tersedia. Tidak hanya storage, kapasitas RAM pada Galaxy M52 juga dapat diperluas mencapai 12 GB menggunakan fitur RAM Plus. Untuk baterai dari Samsung Galaxy M52 5G sangat besar, yaitu 5.000 mAh yang mendukung pengisian daya cepat 25 W. Beralih ke kamera, smartphone ini memiliki tiga buah kamera di bagian belakang yang terdiri dari kamera utama 64 MP (f/1.8, 26 mm) PDAF, kamera ultrawide 12 MP (f/2.2, 123 derajat), kamera macro 5 MP (f/2.4). Samsung turut menyematkan satu buah kamera 32 MP (f/2.2) dalam sebuah punch hole yang diletakkan di bagian depan.
