Not a comfortable stay, except for the staff they are very helpful

When I call to deliver breakfast ,call was transferred 4 times and takes a while to answer. Food is cold, takes too long to deliver more than an hour
Food service, the room has mosquitoes, I requested for a spray but was not done

As a quarantine hotel, Savoy should set itself at a higher bar than other hotels.

I like everything, except first day bfast of corned beef soup, eggs, and rice.
I like the friendly, accommodating and helpful staff.
I like their fast service, except a wait of 90 minutes for dinner order on October 22, 2021
Room service staff - kitchen in particular. I had to wait 90 minutes for dinner on October 22, 2021. Very inconvenient and frustrating. I was very hungry.

The location ONLY
The room "would" have been comfortable but the staff were extremely and obviously unintelligent and could not translate the quarantine rules. Therefore some of the thing I would normally enjoy I was prevented from having.
Very VERY unhelpful which made my stay very uncomfortable and stressful. Imagine that. Paying money to make yourself stressed. 0/10
