It was an ok accommodation, nothing too special. Value for money. It was clean, and the location was pretty fair as well.

Ordering a cocktail to the pool took way too long, and the room was very simple.

Everything in this hotel was terrible. Nothing is as they advertise it. The photos do not match what you stay in .

Just to clarify, I wrote 2 emails with the information below to this hotel and there has been zero response. I requested a manager contact me when we were checking out and I left my details and again no response. It was really terrible. I actually don't know how they can fix it. The older rooms (where they first put us) are completely run down, mould throughout, coffee machine that hasn't been cleaned for weeks, goldfish pond that is full of mould on the bottom, rooms with BED BUGS, yes BED BUGS, no curtains on some windows so the light wakes you up, bathroom that is not sealed, the list goes on. When we complained they moved us to one of the newly renovated rooms. I don't know what was worse. The kitchen cupboards are unsealed wood that has been chemically treated, they are so bad that if you put your face near them for too long you get severe headaches, the bathroom shower has the water falling away from the drain instead of to the drain so it floods. The pool had something wrong with the water that was making it a really bad ugly green colour so they added so much chlorine that you couldn't swim in it. The water had a really bad rotten egg smell anytime you turned the taps on. It was essentially unliveable. I travel a lot for work and this was a family holiday this time, I have to say it is the WORST place I have ever stayed
