The location and the pool

No hot water, no air con, the ceiling fan was too loud to sleep with and the surrounding area is very noisy all night

The place was old and, what is worse, dirty, very dirty and smelly. Linen and towels also old and very worn. Our towels were wet on arrival. The breakfast was toast with butter or tomato (and oil if you requested) it + fruit/juice + coffee/tea. The 2 first days it was ok, afterwards it became boring and the quality of the products went down significantly. Zero privacy unless you were inside the villa due to a host who took liberties, tried to sell what was convinient for her and sometimes was even rude! To arrive to the property you need to walk a long way from the main road including going up steep hill without much illumination. You can always ride a moped but cars aren't allowed on that road. Not a big problem for us because we are young and fit and we didn't have much luggage but definitely something to take into consideration. Cash only payment accepted. Owner tried to change our check-out time the day before leaving.

We enjoyed our stay at Bella Villas. Nice place, nice location.and nice hospitality.

Beautiful location away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud,and our host Maria really helpful . Wayan cooked the best breakfast we have had in our many trips to Bali

Amazing location in the rice fields for a true balinese experience! We loved walking everyday through the village.The Villa is approximately 7 min walk from ubud Market and there is a very good massage spa (Juwuk Manis Spa) and a beautiful Warung in the rice fields (Sweet Orange) in a 5min walking distance. Also loved the architecture and decoration of the Villas. Tip: When walking around the area at night remember to carry a small flashlight. You are in a true jungle village scenery

The room, the pool and the surroundings could be cleaner, although we personally were not too disheartened by that. Maria, the owner has our full understanding for the lack of staff due to the difficulties caused by the covid period.
