Kembang Kuning by Bukit Vista

Location is good, and of course the view is really beautiful from the property. I have stayed here before and decided to return because of this.

Everything apart from location. There was a construction on site, everyday was so noisy and impossible to stay. I have videos of it, but booking.com would obviously not let me upload them. I would try to leave the place early in the morning and return only late in the evening to keep my sanity. Wifi was very bad during most of my stay - so if I needed to check my work emails or call with family/friends, it was horrible connection. Also, no hot water, and the bathroom/ water smelled so bad every day. Most disappointing thing was that when I arrived, I kindly asked the staff to be moved further from construction or even cancel my stay. I have contacted the property management and even Booking.com numerous of times to try to arrange somehow to get at least partial refund but no one was interested to help me- was more or less 'you can leave but you are not getting any money back!'. They really didn't care, some of the staff seemed to have been laughing at my situation. I felt very uncomfortable in the place and even though I stayed there before, would never return again. I have never wrote a review before, but I would not recommend anyone staying in Kembang Kuning.

Nice view

They gave me a room right next to a room that was being renovated. Drilling and banging all day long. They even turned off my water LOL. They also have issues with wifi and there is no car/motorbike access to the place. Also location of the place is incorrect in Google maps and gojek. Never again in a million years.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice clean room. Nice garden and pool view. Friendly staff.

problems with wifi, long period without. Loud construction noise, there should be a warning when you book, because if you are on holiday I want to sleep a lot.

The views were very good and it was very peaceful. Great location for access to the beach without needing to carry your suitcases down lots of stairs. Staff were very accommodating.

There was a slight smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom. As there was no door to the bathroom it would come into the main room. They kindly offered incense sticks to help cover it which was fine for me.
