Best place, close to ULUWATU

All is amazing, super friendly staff.

The property was very beautiful, gardens well kept and the pool was very pleasant. It does resemble the pictures quite accurately.

I was less than satisfied with my stay. There was construction onsite right next to me room that I was not informed of. When I checked in the staff informed me breakfast would not be available because the whole staff was off. (After discussion I was able to get breakfast). When I was at a meeting gun I got a WhatsApp message that I was in the wrong room because my reservation was incorrect (my reservation was in fact correct), and that the staff needed to Move my items to a new room. I explained I was off site and would not be back until late but if they needed to they could. I received no response or confirmation about being moved. I arrived to the hotel after dinner about 9 pm to find I was locked out of the property. I had to climb a wall to access my room (which I was unsure if was still my room). All together the space is beautiful but the staff were hard to find and communicate with and the stress they created with the room situation was unnecessary. Also having to climb over a wall to access a space you paid for has never happened to me before.

The location was great - walking distance to Bingin Beach, supermarket and places to eat. Overall the place was clean and looked after.

Check-in was not really welcoming and the personal never smiling. We booked included with breakfast but if we didn't ask, they would never tell us, that it is included or explain something like time for breakfast or check-out time. The place was good but not very welcoming for guests - cold atmosphere...

Beautiful lawn and pool area. I stretch each morning and the lawn, with a towel laid down, was ideal.

Perhaps stronger lighting in the bathroom.

There were cockroaches in my room, that place needs disinfection. In addition, pool was not clean, i have not seen anybody in it in my 4 days staying
