Staff was super kind and tried to accomodate our requests. The effort counts!
Communication between staff members was poor, because some employees told us, that we will be approached to arrange the breakfast and some told us that we need the bar ourselves. The bad communication also resulted, that our washed laundry was returned to us not as agreed after one day, but only after the third day.
In general, the villa with pool is located most of the day in the shadow and therefore the water was too cold, the room always humid (clothes, couch, bed as well) and since the window cannot be closed in the bathroom we heard all the time (also during the night) the water fontaine of the pool.

Our room (river view) was amazing. I love the decoration, beds, everything. Only 1 small thingy which was the carpet on the sofa, maybe better to chance it for something that is more steady since I got tripped couple times.
The hotel area was really nice, even though there was construction beside the hotel when we were there, it was not annoying. Love the ambiance & how peaceful the place was.
- location: I am aware the location is far from the centre for the sake of being peaceful, but please be mind that it's a bit complicated to reach it since the road was also quite dark at night.
- shuttle: since the location is far, please provide more time point for shuttle. So far it's only every 2 hours which is super little. And also inform the guest to reserve for pick up because we waited for shuttle to pick up as scheduled but since we did not notify them, the shuttle did not run.

Love the size of the bedroom. It's huge and spacious enough to have a couch and a work area. the bathroom is as big as the bedroom in length plus a bonus balcony. Plus awesome, nice and very attentive staff! We love our stay here.
