MAILLARD Coffee Roastery is a Specialty Coffee Roastery in Canggu, Bali. We use only the best coffee beans from Indonesia and abroad. Our coffee is carefully selected and expertly roasted to bring you the best flavors.
Located in the same location as Kintamani Wash at an altitude of 1100‑1200 MASL. The difference between the two lies in the post‑harvest process, as it is dried in the form of cherries which directly affect the taste. This coffee has a more complex flavor compared to Kintamani wash.
