How to cook:
The ratio is 2:1 water to buckwheat. In a cooking pot, bring water to boil. Add uncooked buckwheat. Cover the pot and simmer for 10 minutes (or until water is absorbed). Turn off heat, add salt (and butter for a richer taste) and let it sit for 10 more minutes

Cara memasak:
Cuci buckwheat lalu masukkan ke dalam panci. Tambahkan air bersih. Rasio air dan buckwheat adalah 2:1 atau 1 cangkir buckwheat dicampur 2 cangkir air. Masak dengan api sedang. Tutup panci dan didihkan 10 menit atau hingga air terserap. Matikan api, tambahkan garam. Jika suka, tambah mentega agar lebih kaya rasa. Diamkan 10 menit. Buckwheat siap disajikan!
