Double Side Textured PEI-PEO Diamond Build Plate Bed for Bambu Lab P1/X1 Series 257x257mm Spring Steel Sheet
【Double Sided PEO+PEI Design】We combine two different patterns on a spring steel plate. The bottom of the prints will leave a unique pattern. One side is smooth diamond PEO, the other side is PEI frosted surface. The PEO print bed surface is resistant to high temperature 150℃ and the PEI coating is 300℃. Both sides can be printed, and one heating bed can obtain the experience of using two materials.
【Support Various Filaments】There is a protective film on PEO. Please peel the film before using. For PEO surface we suggest PLA, TPU, PETG. (Suggested temperature for the build plate: PLA: 60-65 ° C;PETG: 70-90 ° C). PEI surface can print PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, ASA, PVA, PET, PA, PC etc. (The recommend temperature of PEI side is PLA: 60-65°C; TPU: 20-40℃; PETG: 70-90℃; ABS: 90-100℃.)
【How to clean and maintain】It is recommended to perform regular cleaning and maintenance. The surface of diamond PE0 can be wiped with a wet tissue to remove surface dust and fingerprints and then dried with a dry tissue. Acetone cannot be used to clean the surface of textured PEI, as it can cause irreversible damage. It can be cleaned with detergent and water. The printing panel is a consumable item, and its appearance and function inevitably age over time, which is a normal phenomenon.
