The successor of our CD-S1.1 offers now also the possibilty to process external, digital signals via an optical, coax or USB input. Those are converted through the Burr-Brown chip PCM 1796. In the analog section the signal is conditioned through two 6N16 tubes which are esponsible for a homogeneous and distinctive sound.
