Melindungi baterai dari kerusakan akibat :
1. Pengecasan berlebihan (overcharge protection - auto power off, otomatis menghentikan pengisian baterai jika sudah penuh)
2. Pengurasan baterai berlebihan (overdischarge protection - auto power on, otomatis mengecas saat baterai sudah low bat)
Cocok untuk semua jenis baterai bertegangan 6v s/d 60v (baterai basah, kering, Lithium dll)
