Easily interchangeable design:
No need to move the attachment housing out of mixer when exchange blade drums, slide blade into the housing, you will hear a "click" when the blade snaps into the place properly on the drive shaft(view the User Manual to see more)
HELPFUL TIPS:
When process softer cheese, suggest sticking the cheese in the freezer about 10 minutes before grating.
Recommend give it a quick rinse right after using to make the cleaning work easier.
Don't press down too hard when the mixer working, it will bend the blade while it's turning...please turn the mixer in speed 6/8 and push the food slowly.
