MAYCO Designer Liner - Food Safe
37 ml / 1.25 fluid ounces
Fire to cone 06 (999°C) up to cone 6 (1222°C).

Designer Liner is clay based and heavily pigmented. Use this versatile product to create fine detail with lines, dots, and letters.

Bottle Prep: Before using, punch a hole in the tip of the plastic screw cap with the provided metal writer tip. DO NOT CUT the plastic or make the hole larger than the metal tip. The writer tip will fit snugly on the cap.

Applying Color: Shake the bottle to move the color into the tip. Squeeze a bit onto a paper towel to start the flow. Use steady pressure for detailing. Apply on bisque or unfired glaze, then coat with clear glaze. Use a liner brush for fine lines.
Designer Liner is food-safe with a clear glaze, and non-toxic under normal use.

Storage: If using often, keep the metal tip on and place the provided pin inside to avoid clogs. Alternatively, remove the metal tip and reattach the white plastic cap. Soak the metal tip in warm water to clean. Store the product at room temperature and minimize air exposure.

Is Designer Liner dinnerware safe?
Designer Liner is AP Non-Toxic, Food Safe and Dinnerware Safe when clear glaze is applied as Designer Liners are porous when left unglazed.

Always test before large bulk firing.
