INSTURCTIONS:
The main material of the tool is made by hard alloy steel with high precision, strong hardness,good tenacity,
bright surface, small and delicate layout design etc. It is used extensively for drilling of electronics, instruments
etc precision appratus to take broken screw out of hole scientifically, so as to protect the appratus in good condition.
It is especially applicable to address the obfuscation of diffictulty to take broken screw out of medium and
top grade eyeglasses, it is one of the requisite tools in eyeglassindustry.
How To Use:
1.This product is equiped with A,B,C shaft bearings.Adamaged screw may be pushd out by turnning the handle
omachine part slowly and slightly, provided lower shaft bearing is selectd as per the size of screw, then fit on a newscrew.
2. Selection method of lower shaft bearing: to take off screwhead,USE part C lower shaft bearing; when ascrewhead
is shrunk in the hole, use part B, bottom pushtype to push the screw tip out; when a screw is broken, use part A
lower shaft bearing, when a screwhead protrudes the screw hole, firstly file it flat with a file.
3.Precautions: to use a turning handle, if you find the force is too large, stop turning immediately, check whether
the size of screw conforms with specification of lower shaft bearing, whether upper shaft bearing and screw center
are aligned, whether screw hole is placed in the coorespondingposition of lower shaft bearing, nerver extend the
upper shaft bearing into screw hole(approximate i mm) too much,otherwise screw hole might be damaged. Do not
collide upper and lower shaft bearings to each other, otherwisemachine part might be damaged.
