The Classic - This bottom adds the right amount of restriction while keeping the bed perfectly flat.
The Open - This bottom focuses flow centrally, creating a whole new flavour profile for you to discover.
The Fast - With an uncloggable design, this bottom is arguably their fastest yet. It opens up a world of possibilities for anyone keen on experimenting with finer grinding, larger pours, or dabbling in different paper types. This is what Martin Wölfl won with.
