HERE ARE SOMES TIPS FOR GETTING A GREAT CUP OF COFFEE. 

1. Please choose the Dark Roasted, Fine OR Super Fine coffee powder;
2.Lose the cap tightenly, fill 3/4 of the coffee powder, and press coffee powder a little bit harder, but not too hard, so tha t the water outlet cannot be plugged; 

3. Brew a small cup of coffee and try the taste 

Try these methods if no coffee comes out: 

1. Coffee powder might be too compacted and the water outle t hole of the capsule is blocked. Please clean the capsule to e nsure that the capsule hole is unobstructed, and the coffee po wder is lightly pressed, not compacted. 

2. Test with an empty capsule to check whether the machine e mits water normally.
