Innovision Jewel cards such as the IRT5001 card
FeliCa cards such as RCS_860 and RCS_854
Built-in PCB antenna (covered by white paint)
5- to 7-cm communication distance
On-board level shifter
Standard 5-V TTL for I2C/UART and 3.3-V TTL SPI (VCC 3.3 to 5 V)
