When prepare the foods such as Pork, meat, steak etc. the max. quantity of the mixture is 1500g.The operation time is max 30s and the rest periods is 2min of each use. Then let the appliance cool down to the room temperature.
Using your appliance:
1. Place the non slip mat onto the work-surface, rib side down.
2. Fit the knife blades over the pin in the bowl.
3. Cut large pieces of foods into 1-2cm pieces
4. Don't chop hard foods such as coffee beans, ices cubes, spices or chocolate--you will damage the blades
Cleaning
1. Clean the motor block and the cord with a wet and well-wrung sponge. All the accessories can be washed.
2. Wash the water and detergent. Be very careful when handling the stainless steel blades to avoid cutting yourself.
