HOW TO APPLY :
Shake well before using.

Apply directly to the lash line using the felt-tip applicator.

Using the side of the pen, stamp along the lash line to map out the length and direction of your liner.

Draw your wing from the outer corner of your eye and bring it in towards the inner corner.

Connect the lines and fill the areas.

Add more layers to build more intensity.
