The sharp Senn-Miller Retractor is a multi-purpose double ended traction device that can be used to expose superficial wounds in general surgical procedures. It has an overall length of 16 cm, and consists of a dexterous central and flat handle with two slender necks and dissimilar blades on either side. One blade is solid and L-shaped, while the other blade is divided into three parallel and blunt prongs. The blades are 20 mm long and 7 mm wide.
