EBT Bi Metal Series models: EarrBOND’s new metal tube earplugs sound intriguing! The “steel-wrapped copper” Bi-Metal tube design is a clever approach. By partially covering the Stainless Steel surface with oxygen-free copper, they maintain the distinct sound characteristics of both metals.
It is a hybrid design with metal tube, memory foam and silicone shell
The series consists with three sizes

The Bi Metal tube construction
Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC): OFC, being a soft metal, enhances performance across the earphone/headphone’s frequency ranges. It results in improved richness of sound and strengthens the low-frequency rebound sensation. The use of OFC ensures a warmer, more inviting sound.
Stainless Steel: Stainless steel, being harder, contributes to a sharper and more solid sound across the entire frequency range. It effectively reduces sound distortion. The purified tubing ensures clearer and more accurate high-frequency response, providing clean-lines.
The concept of the Bi-Metal tube design draws inspiration from Hong Kong’s popular traditional drink “Yuanyang Tea” , “Milk tea blends with Coffee.” Just as this drink combines the best of both worlds, the Bi-Metal tube combines OFC and Stainless Steel features. Here are the two models:
1. Half-and-Half Design (C2S2):
This model blends the sound signature of OFC and stainless steel. The ratio brings clarity, accuracy, warmth, and a strengthened low-frequency rebound sensation.
2. Quarter OFC Design (C1S3):
This design leans more toward stainless steel but retains a hint of the “OFC aftertaste.” It slightly softens the sharp and solid characteristics from stainless steel.
