Manchego cheese from Bhumi Nararya Farm is handmade artisanally by our cheese master. The cheese is made of fresh sheep milk from our farm on the slopes of Mt. Merapi in Turi, Yogyakarta.

**Storing & Caring for Your Cheese**
- Keep it refrigerated (0-4 ⁰C)
- Wrap the cheese in plastic or store it in an airtight container
- Avoid putting the cheese near food with strong odors. It will affect the cheese's flavor.

**Mold & Visual Changes**
- It's natural to find mold on the surface of the cheese and it is safe to eat it as long as the flavor doesn't turn completely bitter.
- Mold on the surface of the cheese can be wiped off with tissue or removed with a clean knife.
