TLV LV6-P Clean Steam Thermostatic Steam Trap
Suitable for use in clean steam systems the LV6P Thermostatic Clean steam trap from TLV exhibits Stainless Steel construction polished to Ra ≤ 0.8µm designed to prevent corrosion, growth of bacteria and pooling of condensate. The thermostatic method of operation utilising the TLV X-Element discharges hot air as well as allowing the rapid discharge of cold condensate and low temperature air on start-up improving the efficiency the process. The clamp connection at the joint of the body allows for easy disassembly, cleaning and maintenance.

Supplied in ½” to 1” with a choice of either Tri-Clamp or Weld (tube) End process connections all complete with Stainless Steel crevice free construction and internally polished to Ra ≤ 0.8µm. Suitable for process conditions up to a maximum temperature of 185°C, maximum differential pressures up to 6 BarG and a maximum operating pressure of 10 BarG.
