The Audio-Technica AT8449A shockmount from Sweetwater is custom cut for your AT-series condenser mic: AT4033a, AT4040, AT4047MP, AT4050, and AT4050ST. This shockmount prevents noise and vibrations from traveling up your stand and into your mic signal, resulting in cleaner, quieter recordings. The AT8449A is compatible with both 3/8"-16 (European) and 5/8"-27 (American) mic-stand threading and fits inside an R1 style A/T case.
