High Early Strength, Fast Setting, Crack Resisting, Waterproof & Corrosion Resistant admixture for plastering mortar. CALPATCH *RWC PLASTER is composed of 3 components: 0.45 kg Part A, 4.0 liters Part B and 1.84 liters Part C. FUNCTION & BENEFIT:
CALPATCH*RWC PLASTER is a high-grade plastering mortar admixture, suitable for repair of leaking and damaged concrete wall, beam, column, pile cap, pile and other vertical structures. CALPATCH *RWC PLASTER is suitable for repair of damaged concrete structures caused by corrosive seawater such as bridges, container yards, wharfs, piers, jetties as well as warehouse floor & production floor exposed to acids and other aggressive chemicals (i.e. chemical, fertilizer, sour and salty food / beverages, etc.). CALPATCH*RWC PLASTER mortar can achieve a compressive strength of more than 25 MPa in 7 days and more than 40 MPa in 32 days. 7 days Water absorption when tested according to BS 1881: Part 122:1983 should not be greater than 1.0%.
