Power amplifier board integrated horn protection circuit, with delay start, midpoint protection, overcurrent protection functions.
Debugging instructions:
1: All the other components except the 6 power tubes are installed, and the primary series of 60-100W lamp of the transformer is powered on to test the voltage to GND (DC). The 1K adjustable resistor next to the op-amp is adjusted (so that its voltage is as close as possible to +-0MV).
2: Short circuit the signal input end L,R and GND, and then adjust the voltage (DC) of pin 1 and pin 3 of the power tube on the test board to the 1K adjustable resistor close to the power tube, and then power off the power tube when it is adjusted to 0.5V. (Pay attention! D669 temperature compensation tube must be close to the radiator! And power tube on the same radiator, remember!)
3: After installing the power tube, test the voltage at both ends of the 0.33 European high-power resistance corresponding to the power tube 3 pin (DC) to 8-10MV, you can not use the transformer
