Eggshells are sterilized by cleansing, rinsing and boiling to kill harmful bacteria, pathogens, and prevent salmonella. Then oven baked at 150°C to dry and lastly, grind the eggshells until it become a fine white powder. After that eggshells powder are packed and sealed.
