MARK provides seamless integration of electronic hearing protection/communication headsets with headborne systems. The MARK adapts 3M Peltor ear cups and similar styles. MSA/Sordin with SARA system. MARK comes with all hardware for Ops-Core ARC rails (and similar) Designed to reduce the overall profile of mounted communication headsets and improve the seal of the ear protection, MARK is the lowest profile headset helmet mount on the market. Rather than using a traditional pop-in/pop-out mechanism, MARK allows the ear cups to be pulled away from the ears and rotated backwards for stowage. Given the variance in head shapes and sizes, eliminating the pop-in/pop-out mechanism yields a tighter seal for the ear cups, resulting in a higher Noise Reduction Rating (NRR).
