Here it is the Brand New Iron Heart 14oz Broken Twill Selvage Denim. Broken twill denim was first used in 1964 by Wrangler as a solution of combatting leg twist that is normally found in either Right Hand Twill (RHT) or Left Hand Twill (LHT) denim. The process of weaving fabric in this method sees the combination of both RHT and LHT reversed every two warp ends, forming a zigzag-like pattern in the denim and resulting in no bias in either direction of the weave, therefore eliminating leg twist.
In denim world, most widely available denim is the RHT, which make the Broken Twill Denim is quite rarely to find. This Broken Twill denim from Iron Heart has a beautiful dark indigo tone, the darkness that rarely seen on a broken twill denim. It has rougher look, but softer touch.
