The Loctite 77124 Anti-Bite Mixture, Nickel-based Anti-bite Anti-stick lubricant is a heavy-duty, high-temperature, anti-wear and anti-stick lubricant for corrosion and heavy stress applications that reduce wear. It is exceptionally resistant to acid, ammonia attack, and acetylene with vinyl monomers. Loctite 77124 Nickel Anti-stuck lubricant reduces tension in stainless steel threaded assembly friction and compliance. Detachable parts are easy to expose after detachable parts are easy to expose after corrosion or high temperature environment. Typical applications include drop hammer forging molds for lubrication and hammers, catalyst bed reaction chamber support, conveyor chains, and chemical pump shell and tube flanges for bolting plants. It also lubricates and seals pipe threads and acid environment coated shims in high temperature applications. This product is usually operated in an application range of -54C 1315C.
