The Cable Lugs- Crimp Type Standard Range (RL) is manufactured from high conductivity electrolytic copper. 2. The cable lugs are for power cables for rated voltages up to 24kV. 3. The lugs can be provided with inspection window to visually assure full conductor insertion. 4. The lugs are tin plated to inhibit corrosion. Tolerances:- 1. For ID and OD - ± 5%. 2. And Other Parameter - ± 10%. Raw Material Specification: 1. Grade of Copper : ETP - Cu 2. Copper Composition : 99.9% 3. Conductivity : 97 IACS % As per Raychem RPG Quality standards, No Sharp Edges, No dent marks, cracks acceptable in raw material.
