Sourdough Ubee
Purple-ish inside, brown-ish outside. That's how Freshly Baked Sourdough Ubee looks and it tastes as lovely as it looks. Made of sweet potato fermentation or in Bahasa is called ubi or ubee, this sourdough is handcrafted for almost 12 hours to make the most moist yet crispy texture. Ubee has its good bacteria effect for digestion, and the natural levaint made for this sourdough is containing antioxidants and vitamin C and E.
Best served: Cut into perfectly even slices and eat as it is to taste the ubee extract within. Or spread some butter and/or jam for a light breakfast or snack time. Also good for sandwiches. If kept in the fridge, pan-fry the air fryer for 3 minutes at 140 degrees before consuming.
Shelf life: up to three days in a room temperature without exposure to direct sunlight. Up to five days if kept refrigerated from the first day of consumption.
