Screw it into the 1/4 #34;-20 thread on the bottom of the camera, pull out the retractable 43 #34; cord its full length, and then swing the camera above your head in a circular motion. A rubber ring on the bottom of the 1/4 #34;-20 screw ensures that no damage will be done to the bottom of your camera where the 1/4 #34;-20 threaded hole is. Important notes


1) Make sure the cord is full extended while in use (110cm/43inches)
2) Spin overhead in a smooth, steady motion. For best results, use Bullet Time mode in well-lit, outdoor environments.
3) Double check you have correctly mounted the Bullet Time Cord before use.
4) Use the rubber case to prevent damage caused by the 1/4 #39; #39; screw port. Do not disassemble the rubber case while in use.
