LDHP 4 MASTERCHEF heavy duty gas counter top hot plates are designed for use with either natural gas or LP gas. Constructed of stainless steel front and sides that are fully welded, these units are able to stand the toughest of kitchen environments. Each burner puts out 25,000 BTU/hour with two cast iron burners for every 30cm grate width. Units come standard with 10-12cm adjustable legs, separate gas valves for each burner with standing pilot lights and a ¾” rear NPT gas inlet. Every specification and single unit is build to American ETL standard.
