Complaint Terms and Conditions:
1. Must include photos of 6 sides of the box when the product is received (before the product is opened)
2. If components/accessories are damaged due to transportation, they will be replaced according to the damaged components/accessories.
3. The maximum period for complaints is 14 working days after receiving the product, and a maximum of 2 complaints can be submitted.
4. If the product is damaged to 50% and the product cannot be used normally, it will be replaced with a new product (the freight will be borne by us)
5. If damaged due to installation, it can be replaced. The cost of components/accessories and freight will be borne by the buyer (after investigation by the team).
