Classic cheesecake with soft and creamy center, originated from San Sebastian, a city in Basque region of Northern Spain.
Made with Normandy dairy, it has excellent dairy flavour, a very creamy texture that melts in your mouth. The firm edges has a delicate caramel undertone from the rustic burn surface.
As always, our version is lighter in texture and less sweet.
