2. Do not inject water into the syringe and tube to test the print head before installation. There is a protective liquid in the print head.
3. Check whether the print head cable is intact and flat, connect the cable to check whether there is ink, whether the metal needle has ink, and ensure that it is in good contact with the socket, otherwise it will cause short circuit and burn the print head.
4. The installation must be powered off before installation.
(Plug-in installation will burn the print head or motherboard) After installation, gently push the car with your hand to move it left and right to check whether it is smooth.
5. There will be air inside the newly installed print head, so it will not print normally immediately, only the air of the head can be normal.
6. Specific steps are as follows:
First, wash intermittently 2 times, then stop for 30 minutes. After that, wash twice more. Excessive cleaning will lead to ink accumulation in the cleaning pump, which will not only make the printing color mix, ink leakage, but also waste ink.
7. Second, you can print more pictures to allow the print head to drain blanks as it works.
8. Do not wipe the print head surface with hands or paper, and do not remove the print head.
