The ball cage type LM rolling guide SRS type adopts a structure with two rolling surfaces in a small body to withstand loads in all directions. For parts that require space saving, or parts that have a strong moment action, it is possible to use only a single axis. In addition, the use of ball retainers eliminates friction between the steel balls, resulting in excellent high speed, low noise, good sound quality, long service life, and long-term maintenance-free operation.
【 Less dust, anti-rust 】
The use of a ball retainer eliminates friction between the steel balls and improves grease retention, thus reducing dust generation. In addition, the LM slides and LM rails are made of stainless steel with high corrosion resistance.
【 Miniaturization 】
The SRS type has a low track section height, and it has a compact structure with one steel ball row on the left and one on the right, so it can be installed in space-saving parts.
【 Lightweight】
Since a part of the LM slide of the SRS type (such as around the back hole of the steel ball) is made of resin material and machined by insert molding technology, it is lightweight and has low inertia.
