DELIVERY
INSTANT, the package is sent directly to the customer's address from our location in Andara-Cinere (recommended). Last check-out: Monday-Friday at 15.00, Saturday and Sunday at 13.00
SAMEDAY, the package will be picked up by the driver between 12-7pm which will be received by the customer between 3-8 hours from the time the item is picked up by the driver. Last check-out: Monday-Friday at 12am, Saturday and Sunday at 11am
PACKAGING FOR DELIVERY
In a tightly closed cardboard box with additional ice cubes in plastic (free) or you can get frozen thermafreeze ice gel that can be reused for better cooling handling in the packaging category.

Frozen food package delivery in a cardboard box (without a styrofoam box) received by the customer more than 3 hours from the time of pick-up, there is a possibility that some parts of the food might be defrosted on the surface, it is recommended to cook/consume immediately. DO NOT REFREEZE FOOD THAT HAS ALREADY THAWED!
