This is a cut of meat used by fast food Japanese restaurants such as Yoshinoya and HokBen for quick stir-fry i.e beef rice bowl , teriyaki, yakiniku and shabu-shabu. It can also be cut into small cubes for soup, soto, rawon, semur etc.
For sliced meat orders, it will be sliced impromptu from the portioned pieces with a slicer machine.
PACKAGING
- WHOLE CUTS: original vacuumed or loose plastic bag as pictures, never been opened
- PORTIONED and STEAK CUTS: vacuumed plastic pack
- SLICED 2-3mm: 500gr/pack, given plastic separator that can also be cooked per 250gr

PERINGATAN! pengiriman paket makanan beku dalam kotak karton (tanpa styrofoam box) yang diterima oleh kastamer lebih dari 3 jam dari saat di pick-up kemungkinan akan ada beberapa bagian makanan yang mencair di bagian permukaannya, disarankan untuk segera dimasak/konsumsi. ATTENTION! frozen food package delivery in a cardboard box (without a styrofoam box) received by the customer more than 3 hours from the time of pick-up, there is a possibility that some parts of the food might be defrosted on the surface, it is recommended to cook/consume immediately.
