IT'S AGED, this means the beef has spent a certain period of time (2-3 weeks) at temperatures +1 to 2 degrees Celsius. Ageing beef particularly on steak cuts for grilling/BBQ is critical to improve its tenderness and consistency of quality.
TOKUSEN WAGYU BEEF IS INDONESIAN but world quality as its a collaboration of Indonesian efficiencies, Japanese genetics and Australian cattle-manship. The Feedlot is in Lampung the heartland of natural and fresh animal feed in Indonesia, underpinned by a focus on comfort, care and specialized nutrition for these Wagyu cattle.

KEMASAN UNTUK PENGIRIMAN, didalam kotak karton tertutup rapat dengan tambahan es batu dalam plastik (gratis) atau Anda bisa mendapatkan es gel thermafreeze beku yang dapat digunakan kembali untuk penanganan pendinginan yang lebih baik di kategori packaging.
PERINGATAN! pengiriman paket makanan beku dalam kotak karton (tanpa styrofoam box) yang diterima oleh kastamer lebih dari 3 jam dari saat di pick-up kemungkinan akan ada beberapa bagian makanan yang mencair di bagian permukaannya, disarankan untuk segera dimasak/konsumsi. JANGAN BEKUKAN LAGI MAKANAN BEKU YANG SUDAH MENCAIR!

MEAT PRODUCTS WE SUPPLY "FAST MOVING", we receive supplies regularly and directly from the main importer/supplier. The meat has gone through a careful selection process, hygienic cutting and packaging. We have been selling meat since 2008.
PACKAGING FOR DELIVERY, in a tightly closed cardboard box with additional ice cubes in plastic (free) or you can get frozen thermafreeze ice gel that can be reused for better cooling handling in the packaging category.
ATTENTION! frozen food package delivery in a cardboard box (without a styrofoam box) received by the customer more than 3 hours from the time of pick-up, there is a possibility that some parts of the food might be defrosted on the surface, it is recommended to cook/consume immediately. DO NOT REFREEZE FOOD THAT HAS ALREADY THAWED!
