Sourdough Bread : Country 55% high protein bread flour, 45% wholewheat flour, levain, water amp; salt 72% hydration Weight : 650 gram SERVING: best served within the day you received this product reheat in a non stick pan without butter for 2 minutes each side (sliced) if frozen or chilled, thaw it to room temperature before reheating it in the oven at 180C for 4-5 minutes STORAGE: keep the bread in this packaging or store in an airtight container this product can last up to to 3 days at room temperature for longer usage, keep it in refrigerator up to 1 week or 2 weeks in freezer NOTES: please write a note if you want to be sliced/ whole, we will send it in sliced Ready stock everyday in limited amount Any order before 12:00 am might be delivered on the same day if we have the stock If we do not have any stock, pre order will be H+2 after order NO DELIVERY ON SUNDAY Due to better quality control, we will limit the number of quantity sold everyday
