1.Do I need an extra ZigBee gateway when I pair this smart socket?
A: No. This is a Tuya WiFi smart plug, which doesn't need Zigbee hub. But if you choose Tuya ZigBee smart plug, you need to purchase an extra Tuya ZigBee gateway for pairing and app control.

2.Why can't I pair it to app?
A: Please kindly check whether your Wi-Fi router is 2.4GHz, it can only be paired via WiFi 2.4Ghz connection.

3. How can I re-pair it?
A: There are 2 methods to reset this smart outlet.
(1)Enter the app control page and find the setting page of this smart plug, tap "Remove this device", then it will reset.
(2) Long press the button of plug until the indicator flash again, then it will enter the pairing mode.

4.Does it have child-lock and over-load function?
A: Yes, please don't worry. It has professional protection setting and the shell is made of v0 flame-retardant materials.

5.Does it hold 3520W honestly?
A: Yes. We've tested it before shipping. It's stable for continuous work. But if your device is over 3520W, please use a different smart socket that supports it. If you need to use the smart plug for a long time, please notice that the max. current can't exceed 16A and the maximum. power will be lower than 3520W.
