PJ-BEVS1603 cylindrical bending tester is a method to measure the flexibility and adhesion of the coating itself and the cracking and peeling resistance of the paint film when the coating is subjected to bending pressure.
During the test, the painted test panel is wound around a cylindrical shaft, and it can be easily measured whether the paint film on the shaft of known diameter passes or fails. Break point test can also be performed, that is, starting from the cylindrical shaft with the largest radius in turn, and replacing it with a cylindrical shaft with a smaller diameter, to see at what diameter the paint film will crack.
Use of stainless steel and high-quality aluminum alloy, the structure is compact and firm, suitable for desktop use, and simple and quick to operate. There are 14 test cylinders with different diameters (Ø2～Ø32mm) free choice. 3 pressure roller shafts are parallel to the axis of the test cylinder, and the pressure roller shaft is made of rigid PVC.
